There are so many ways we can restore our bodies and minds. Finding the practices which work for you and enjoying them regularly can have positive effect on your moods, emotions, concentration and general happiness.

I’ve been super busy with work, study and planning a wedding. To stay in top of it all and to remain calm and enjoy the process, I’m making sure self-care remains a priority in my life. Here are my favourite ways to take care of myself in busy times.

  • Restorative yoga (you can find beautiful classes online)
  • Taking three deep belly breaths a few times throughout the day.
  • Having a bath with magnesium and lavender oil
  • Go to bed early!

 

The best part is, these practices are all simple and free so why not treat yourself. I have a feeling you deserve it.
