There are so many new exercise theories and fads that it’s hard to keep up. I’m here to tell you, you can relax, you don’t have to!

I used to get a little over enthusiastic with new exciting health trends. Aerial yoga, paddle boarding, barre, I’m exhausted just thinking about trying to squeeze all of them in with my regular workouts!

It’s interesting to research and sample workout trends, but it doesn’t mean you have to try to incorporate these into your life on a regular basis. What really matters is, you are moving in a way which makes your body feel good and doing that often.

Trying to squeeze to much will only make you anxious and stressed. Rushing to classes and commitments and feeling guilty if you miss one… This will not do your body any good.

I’m certainly not against trying new things, a fresh challenge can be beneficial for your body and mind, but the key is to keep a manageable routine and move your body in an enjoyable and sustainable way. It will thank you.y
